This part has a close relation with creating concept, selecting concept, competitive benchmarking and creating the properties of products. Discovering clients’ needs is a process which has an essential impact on ease of product development and product’s success. The issue of charging communicational, electrical and portable facilities such as cellphone, tablet and laptop in public places like in airports, substations, terminals and other public places is one of the problems with which everybody encounters. Mobile charging station is a solution to solve these kinds of problems in public places. Surveying different aspects of this issue and recognition of main and hidden needs is defined for Ekas design studio designers. During the process, one solution is presented. - Using symbols and signs to recognize the performance of the kiosk and the trend of its usage
- Trend of product’s performance: when the cell phone charges, the container becomes red which means “the cellphone is being used”. When the cell phone is charged, the color becomes green which means “the cellphone is not being used”. This station has the compatibility of charging different sorts of cellphones and simultaneous charge of cell phone, tablet, laptop. Furthermore, some containers for electrical outlets are considered.
