This project was carried out with the aim of designing a family of liquid hand soap products in three volumes—500 ml, 2000 ml, and 3700 ml—using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) as the primary material. The main objective of the design was to create products that are not only functional and ergonomically suitable for users of all age groups and without physical limitations, but also aesthetically appealing and consistent with the brand identity.
The design of the bottles—including form, logo integration, and label—was developed in such a way that each fragrance is represented through its own distinctive colors and graphic patterns, allowing the products to be easily recognizable on store shelves and helping differentiate them in the market. Special attention was given to ergonomics to ensure ease of use; the bottle shapes are designed to fit comfortably in the hand, and the pump mechanism allows an appropriate amount of liquid to be dispensed without requiring excessive pressure.
In addition, the selection of sustainable and recyclable materials such as HDPE contributes to reducing environmental impact while increasing the durability and lifespan of the product. This design approach successfully combines usability and visual appeal while strengthening brand identity and creating a positive user experience for consumers.
The label dimensions were also carefully determined to align perfectly with the bottle form and prevent wrinkling or folding. The label size needed to accommodate all essential information—such as the brand name, product type, ingredients, usage instructions, volume, and barcode—in a clear and readable manner. The information is organized in a structured layout to enhance readability and visual impact.
Observing these considerations in label design helps achieve an effective balance between visual attractiveness and practical functionality, while reinforcing brand identity, improving user experience, and facilitating product recognition.

– Considering an ergonomic handle size with sufficient space for a comfortable grip and finger rotation around the handle.
– Providing adequate space for displaying the label’s graphic content.
– Creating a recessed area for the label and using a protruding heel at the base of the bottle to prevent labels from rubbing against each other during transportation and storage inside cartons.
– Ensuring proper stability by designing a sufficiently wide base and lowering the bottle’s center of gravity.
– Designing the bottle to allow optimal arrangement of hand soap bottles inside cartons, reducing space required for transportation and storage.
