Safinox Soufflé Server Design

Household appliances have become integral to people’s daily routines, particularly kitchen and catering tools that encompass various functions like storing, cooking, preparing, and serving food. In Iranian culture, serving dishes hold a special significance, displaying diverse sizes, shapes, and materials tailored to different types of food. The soufflé server, a food container equipped with a warmer candle, maintains the warmth of dishes during self-service occasions. Available in assorted sizes for soup, stew, rice, and other foods, these containers exhibit varied shapes and bases.

The Ekas industrial design studio conceived the soufflé server with an artistic flair, a resonance with market preferences, and manufacturability in mind. The design process involved three integral parts: the container handle, the door handle, and the base. Fluid, graceful forms were incorporated into the design, and the container’s shape can be adapted to accommodate varying sizes and models of soufflés.
